Service Information
Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory located on the southern end of the Iberian Peninsula at the entrance of the Mediterranean. Densely populated, it has an area of 2.6 square miles and is home to more than 30,000 Gibraltarians and other nationalities. To the north, it borders the Province of Cadiz in Andalusia, Spain. A popular location for British holiday makers, considering the size of its territory, the volume of exports to Gibraltar is relatively high, and this continues throughout the year.

- Transit time is usually 4-5 days subject to customs clearance which takes place at La Linea de la Concepcion.

A few years ago with their assistance we transported the island’s New Year firework display, ironically only to watch our efforts go up in smoke some hours after arrival!
Key tip
Important to note, the commodity and the commercial invoice is required at the time of booking, and should the final delivery point be the Ministry of Defence, this information is also required.
And, if you are new at shipping to Gibraltar and you’ve not applied for a EORI number, you need to complete an application to obtain one. Our team will be pleased to advise the procedures, but the ‘official’ information can be found at the HMRC website. Saying that, I’d expect that with the last few years of turmoil with Brexit, most companies have now been ‘force-fed’ an EORI number!
