Stretching along the Adriatic coastline the most populated cities where most trade is done are Pescara, Lecce, Taranto, Bari and Brindisi. The latter two being important sea ports serving eastern European countries across the Adriatic, Greece and the Ionian islands.
Our freight service to Italy’s South East
Whilst our road freight services to and from this area are less frequent, generally served via our Milan and Verona partners’ hubs for the smaller shipments, we do collect and deliver directly on trailer in the case of larger part and full loads.
There is no strict frequency as such, and transit times can vary considerably, especially for the smaller consignments which are handled through Milan or Verona. For the larger consignments collected or delivered directly on international trailer, transit times are usually between 4-6 days door to door, depending on geography at both ends.
In any event, this area contains Italian postcodes, and in line with all of our core markets, where they exist, we provide the service. Furthermore, as with all of our services, we can carry dangerous goods on almost every departure.
