The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force from 25th May 2018. As such, we feel that we should provide a statement with regards to what data we collect and store, and how we store it.
In doing so, we would also wish to remind all parties that the GDPR is primarily relating to persons and individuals and any such data that could be used fraudulently to identify or partially identify any such individual. The majority of the services which Ital Logistics provides are of a business to business nature, and any such data which we do collect is purely on a ‘legitimate interests’ basis.
We also comply with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) with regards to marketing, the rules of which presently run alongside GDPR.
