Expecting to see a massive decline in our road freight services to our core European markets, we have been able to maintain all services throughout this period. And in actual fact, our road freight service to Italy has only been lightly affected, ending just 15% down in April.
Back in 2000 when the company was founded, I made a conscious decision to specialise in the road freight transport of dangerous goods. As we approach our 20th anniversary, just three months away, my wife and I take great pride in having such a dedicated team of individuals, many who have worked beyond the call of duty at this time, to ensure we keep our services running and come out of this period stronger.
And of course, the governments proactive response (despite their critics), and the great work of the health services should not go without great adulation.
